The Bizarre Bazaar...

And then, we had the bazaar....

The bazaar was at the Crook County Christian School on Saturday, 12/5/09 from 9-4.  We were allowed to go the night before to set up so Hunter and I took a few things down there like out table covers and the tins.  We mainly wanted to know where our table was and get a lay of the land.

We brought the rest of the stuff in at 8 the next morning and sat all day.  It was really nice seeing old friends and chatting with everyone.  Unfortunately, no one was buying!  We didn't even clear a 20 spot after the booth fee and lunch :-(  Thankfully we were not the only booth that had problems.  The main lady who was organizing it was asking everyone how they were doing and we were all pretty much the same.  There were 85 booths and it was really sad.

The booth on one side of us was selling beautiful fresh wreaths and I don't think they sold more that 2 all day.  The ladies on the other side had wonderful handmade cards and they couldn't even move them when they marked them down to a dollar!

Next year will be better.....I hope!  Here is a picture of our booth. (the aprons are not mine ;-0)
