I thought it was bad at 4 o'clock this morning when the thermometer read -3° and then at 6 o'clock is was reading -5° but it was showing -7° by 7:30 AM when I brought wood in to keep the woodstove going. The thermometer is under the cover of the patio but it is pretty close.
Of course I had to run water for all of the animals today - lots of fun draining hoses! Now all I need is one of those girls to plop out a baby or two - knocking on wood!
